How we can help.
We believe recruitment should be more than filling a vacancy—it should open doors, build confidence, and foster long-term opportunity. That’s why our approach is hands-on, culturally safe, and relationship-driven.
At Gundilya, we walk alongside both candidates and employers to ensure the right fit, the right support, and the right future.

Our plan.
Our vision is to expand our reach across Australia, develop Indigenous-led mentoring and training programs, and offer workshops in regional and remote communities to prepare the next generation for employment.
We're building a business that reflects who we are—culturally proud, people-focused, and committed to meaningful change.
Meet the Founders.
Whether it's your first job or a return to the workforce, we’re here to back you every step of the way. For businesses, we provide guidance, education, and practical support to help create inclusive and respectful workplaces that go beyond good intentions—and lead to real outcomes.

Emmah brings years over 18 of experience in HR, recruitment, and workforce management, underpinned by a genuine passion for people and a deep commitment to making a real difference.
As the founder of EOC Group—a national HR and recruitment consultancy known for its people-first and flexible approach—Emmah understands that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. She tailors her approach to suit each individual, business, and community, believing that the best outcomes come from understanding people’s unique stories and needs.
When Emmah met Peter, there was an instant alignment in values, vision, and purpose. Together, they founded Gundilya with a shared goal: to go beyond just employment. Their mission is to create meaningful, supported pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples—not just into jobs, but into futures filled with opportunity, recognition, and belonging.
Emmah and Peter are passionate about embedding cultural awareness in every layer of the workforce and community. They’re not here to offer a “tick-a-box” approach—they’re here to get on the ground, listen, learn, and co-design strategies that uplift individuals and empower communities.
Together with Peter, she’s committed to creating a future where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.
